- Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share product images and invoice number.
- Ship the item to our store address after receiving confirmation.
- Upon inspection, your exchange will be processed within 3–5 business days.
Customer bears return courier charges unless the item is defective.

- No cash refunds, bank reversals, or credit notes are issued.
