Our Commitment

At  D. Gokuldas NX, we aim to offer best quality women's clothing and excellent service. While we do not offer returns, we ensure a smooth and fair exchange policy to address sizing or product concerns.

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before initiating any return, exchange, or refund request.

1. Initiating a Return

  1. To initiate a return, customers are requested to contact us via Email or WhatsApp.
  2. Our support team will guide you through the return process and provide the necessary instructions.

2. Return Eligibility

  • Once the returned item is received, our quality assurance team will inspect it to determine the reason for return.
  • Returns will be accepted only under the following conditions:
  1. Damaged or Defective Products
  • While each and every piece is thoroughly checked before dispatch, there is no possibility of any damage occurring prior to shipment. However, we take pride in offering defect-free products. Damage resulting from improper or rough usage is not covered under warranty. The determination of inherent product damage lies solely with our quality team, and our decision in this regard shall be final and binding.

Note: Any return request may or may not be approved as per the company's return policy.

3. Fitting & Size Issues

  • Returns due to size or fitting concerns are accepted.
  • In such cases, customers will be responsible for both forward and reverse shipping charges.

4. Exchange Requests

  • Exchange requests are accepted under the following terms:
  • Customers are required to bear the complete logistics costs (both ways).
  • Exchanges are strictly subject to stock availability. Prior to returning the original item, our support team will confirm the availability of the requested size.
  • While we strive to maintain adequate stock levels, we cannot guarantee availability of specific sizes at the time of exchange.
  • If the requested size is unavailable, a credit note will be issued. This credit note will be valid for a period of 3 months and can be used toward any future purchase.
  • Exchanges will only be processed upon receipt and successful inspection of the returned item in unused and undamaged condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

5. Refund Process

  • The inspection process may take up to 3 working days from the date we receive the returned product.
  • Upon approval, refunds will be processed within 7 working days to the original method of payment.
  • All approved refunds are subject to a 5% standard payment gateway deduction, applicable on returns or cancellations.

6. Non-Eligible Returns

  • We reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange and return the item to the customer under the following circumstances:
  • The product has been used.
  • The product shows signs of intentional damage.
  • The return request does not meet the company’s return guidelines.

7. Important Notes

  • All products must be returned in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
  • Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Any delay in communication or non-compliance with the return policy may result in rejection of the request.
