Return and Refund policy

1. Overview
At RadhaKrishnaDesignStudio, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. 

2. Return Window
The return window starts from the date your order is delivered and is strictly followed.

3. Eligibility for Returns / Exchanges:-

1. At the time of receiving opening product video must and should.
2. If the product is damaged(conditions apply)   or teared of the product, only applicable for returns.
3. Alterations are not applicable in the returns.
4. Outfits customized according to your body measurements are not returned.
5. In case of the non availability of the product, we will exchange with another product(conditions apply).
6. Colour change/ colour variations products are not applicable for returns.
7. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
8. All original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.
9. Customized or made-to-order outfits cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.
10. Note: If the item shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration, the return/exchange may be denied.
11. Ready to dispatch items are not returnable.
12. Customer has to send product to our address manually, no delivery agent will come and pick up the product.

4.How to Initiate a Return

1.Contact us within the return window via Instagram DM / WhatsApp or Email.
2. Share your order number, photos of the item, and reason for return.
3. We will review and confirm eligibility & provide next steps for the return shipment.

5.Return Shipping

* Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was delivered incorrectly or is defective.
* Please pack the item securely to prevent damage in transit.

6. Refunds

* Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of approval.
* Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit (based on your preference).
* Refund processing usually takes 3–10 business days after approval.

7. Exchanges

* You may choose to exchange your item for another product of equal or greater value.
* If the new item’s cost is higher, you will pay the price difference.
* Exchange shipping costs apply as per policy.

8. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please notify us within 3 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

9. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
* Customized / made-to-measure outfits
* Items marked as final sale
* Items received more than the return window.
