Shipment Terms and Conditions

Once your order has been handed over to our delivery partner, we are no longer responsible for any damage or spoilage that may occur during transit. This includes, but is not limited to, chocolates that may melt, break, or become otherwise compromised due to handling, weather conditions, or delays during shipping.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the items have been dispatched from our store. We advise customers to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery promptly and to store the chocolates in a cool, dry place upon receipt.
