Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition, business development and revenue growth. The role requires hands-on ownership of lead generation, sales pipeline, conversions, team performance and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales, marketing and Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies.
Own monthly, quarterly and annual sales and revenue targets.
Generate new business through professional networks, industry relationships, referrals, partnerships, outbound activities, events and digital channels.
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting, meetings and product demos to negotiation, follow-ups and closure.
Build relationships with business owners, industry networks and potential channel partners to create new opportunities.
Drive lead generation through digital campaigns, social media and targeted market outreach.
Build, train and manage a high-performing sales team.
Establish structured CRM processes for leads, follow-ups, pipeline and sales forecasting.
Monitor lead generation, conversions, sales performance and revenue growth.
Identify new markets, customer segments and business expansion opportunities.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS, technology, e-commerce or digital solutions.
Proven ability to generate business independently, build pipelines and close B2B deals.
Strong professional network and ability to develop new business relationships will be an advantage.
Experience managing and developing sales teams.
Strong understanding of B2B sales, lead generation, CRM and customer acquisition.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
Strong target-driven, proactive and ownership-oriented approach.
Experience selling technology solutions to SMEs/MSMEs will be an advantage.
